Outlook 2003 Unable to open the free/busy information

We had a user today that was unable view free/busy information for another user even though the other user had given her editor permissions on her calendar (more then enough to view free/busy).

It turns out that she was running only Outlook 2003 with no service pack. After installing service pack 3 this solved her problem.
